CHARTS was established in 2017 through the Creative Scotland Place Partnership Project with Argyll & Bute Council.  I was involved as a volunteer through my work as a professional artist and the shared ambition to raise the profile and potential of culture, heritage and art across and beyond Argyll and Bute and was a co-founder and inaugural Trustee.
